Refund Policy

Everything we sell at Iron Basics is a digital product delivered by instant download. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once delivered, our policy works as follows.

Digital products

All sales of digital products are final. Once your order is completed and your download links have been delivered, the purchase is not eligible for a refund on the basis of a change of mind.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable law provides a withdrawal or "cooling-off" period for online purchases, you waive that right once delivery has begun.

When we will make it right

We stand behind our books. Contact us and we will resolve the issue — including, where appropriate, a replacement or a full refund — in the following cases:

• You never received your files. If the download email doesn't arrive and we cannot get your files to you, you get your money back.
• The file is faulty. If a PDF is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open, we will send you a working copy; if we can't, you get your money back.
• Duplicate purchase. If you were charged twice for the same order, or accidentally bought the same product twice (for example, a book you already owned as part of the bundle), we will refund the duplicate.
• The product is materially not as described. If what you received genuinely does not match the product description on the Site, tell us and we will put it right.

How to reach us

Contact us within 30 days of purchase through the contact form on the Site, or by replying to your order confirmation email. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
