Welcome to Iron Basics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ironbasics.com (the "Site") and your purchase of digital products from it. The Site is operated by Nexura Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products

We sell digital products only: ebooks and printable documents delivered as PDF files ("Products"). Nothing physical will be shipped to you. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing download links for your files. Delivery is normally immediate. If you do not receive your download email within one hour of purchase, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will make sure you receive your files.

4. License and permitted use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, print, and read the Product for your own personal use.

You may not:

share, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Product or download links;
upload the Product to any website, file-sharing service, or public repository;
modify the Product and present it as your own work;
use the Product for any commercial purpose.

All Products, including text, design, illustrations, and the Iron Basics name and logo, are the intellectual property of Nexura Digital LLC and are protected by copyright law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Health and fitness disclaimer

Our Products contain general information about exercise, training, and nutrition. This information is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not tailored to your individual circumstances.

You use the information in our Products at your own risk. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read in our Products.

The Site is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party payment processors. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexura Digital LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
